Unfortunately, your furry friends cannot move in with you. Please understand that the next guest may be allergic to animal hair.

Smoking is prohibited in the apartment

Parties of any kind, bachelor/bachelorette parties, etc. are not permitted.

REPORT DAMAGE

It can always happen that an accident happens and something breaks. Please do not hesitate to let me know.

VISITORS

Only booked guests are allowed. Additional guests other than those specified at the time of booking will incur an additional charge per person. Please let me know in advance

KITCHEN

Please leave the kitchen clean and tidy. The dishes must be washed and put back in the cupboards. Garbage must be disposed of separately in the garbage containers in front of the house. Please turn off all electrical appliances, including the refrigerator!

BALCONY

Please be considerate of other residents, there are many people living here.

REST PERIODS

Please keep the volume at a minimum during the usual quiet hours between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m.
